Granola, Rosalie's Raw

 

6 cups quick oats (or combo with regular rolled oats)

1 cup sliced almonds or chopped pecans

1 cup sesame seeds, ground

1 cup sunflower sees, chopped

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup pumpkin seeds, chopped or ground

1 cup flax meal

Date or other sugar, to taste (Merry makes without)

1 cup raisins

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground anise seed and/or 1 tsp orange zest

 

Mix together.  Store in refrigerator or freezer.  Makes about 3 1/2 quarts.
