1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed well ½ cup salsa 2 Tb lime juice ¼ cup cilantro, chopped ½ tsp cumin ½ tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)
Put beans in a bowl and mash to desired consistency. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to incorporate. May also add fresh jalapeno or onion if desired. Use as a spread for sandwiches, filling for tortillas, or a dip for chips. |
