12.3 OZ firm, silken tofu (or 1 ½ cups cooked millet or cornmeal mush)
2 ½ TBS. tahini or sesame seeds
½ cup pimentos or fresh red bell pepper
½ cup water
2 TBS. nutritional yeast flakes
2 TBS. lemon juice
¾ tsp. salt
1 ¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
