2 Tb. Olive oil ¼ Cup water 1 Package Mori-Nu tofu, soft (12 oz) 1 Tb. Onion powder ½ tsp. Salt ½ tsp. Garlic powder 1/3 Cup Vegenaise or Nayonaise 2 Tb. Lemon juice 1/8 tsp. Thyme 1 lb. Fettucini noodles, prepared Steamed vegetables
Combine first 9 ingredients and process until smooth. Prepare veggies and noodles. Serve sauce over hot noodles with veggies.
