Red Bean Spread

 

Red Bean Spread

 

1 (15 oz) can kidney or red beans, rinsed well
¾ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp celery seed
¼ cup Nayonaise or Veganaise

¼ cup water

Mash beans well in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Use as a spread for sandwiches or crackers. Try any variety of beans with this recipe.
