Potatoes, roasted

 

Roasted Potatoes

6 cups potatoes, diced to 1 1/2"

1 Tb olive oil

1 1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp salt

dash of pepper

 

Combine all ingredients.  Place in a sprayed casserole dish (9x13) and baked uncovered at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes.  For a variation, reduce the amount of potatoes and replace with same amount of sweet potato.
