Shredded Tofu 

Shredded Tofu 

1 Tablespoon of Oil

1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce

2 Teaspoons of Cumin

1 Tea Soon of Paprika

Salt to taste

Bake on 400 for 30 minutes

 

Sauce

1 Onion diced

3 Cloves of Garlic minced

1 Teaspoon of Cumin

1 Teaspoon of Paprika

1/2 Teaspoon of Chili Powder

2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste

Roast for 2-3 Minutes

Add: 1/3 cup of hot water with 3 dates mashed and mixed in it.

Let simmer until Tofu has finished

 

Once the Tofu is Crispy add the tofu to the sauce and mix well.

 

Dressing

1 Bunch of Fresh Parsley

2 Cloves of Garlic

Half a cup of Boiled Cashews

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 Teaspoon Cumin

1/2 Teaspoon of Stevia or Sweetener of Choice

Salt to taste

Blend till smooth

 

Server tofu in a wrap with the dressing drizzled on top Garnish with some parsley leaves
